- Shipping of products: Will be subject to an additional charge to be quoted on. Shipping of orders will be through Courier or Post.

- Stock availability representations on this website are accurate as of our last known stock level at our shop.
- If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you using the details provided by you at the checkout process to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder as agreed with you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery once the product is available.
- Should there be any delay longer then our 15 working days time frame or issues relating to the delivery of your order in which case you are welcome to cancel and request a refund.
If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number no later then 48 hours after order placed.
- Have a look around our Shop section and choose the products you want to purchase and click on the ORDER NOW Button.
- Choose your correct option.
- Choose your quantity.
- Click on “Add to cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart.
- If you want to purchase more than one item, head back to SHOP.
- Once you’re finished adding you products to your Cart, click on the ‘Checkout’ button to continue to the checkout.
- On the checkout page, complete all the details for us to deliver your Genuine Leather product/s.
- When done, click on PLACE ORDER button.
- When you’ve completed the payment, you’ll see a message that says: “Thank you. Your order has been received.”
- Your information provided to us is safe. Since we use PayFast as an online payment gateway, we do not have access to your credit card details.
- Payfast is quick and safe, but we use them as a 3rd party. Simply follow the steps and it will be a quick and easy process.

- You have 15 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
